At SYM (Search Your Meds), our main goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with your order, our team is always ready to help you.

Our Return Policy:

1. Conditions:

  • Please ensure that products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items are in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods and certain health and personal care items.

2. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, reason for the return, and what you would like a refund or an exchange.

3. Shipping:

  • Customers have to pay for the return orders, except in cases where the product is defective or we have made a mistake with your order.
  • We recommend using a service that allows tracking of the parcel, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our Refund Policy:

1. Processing Refunds:

  • After we receive and examine your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed.

2. Exchanges:

We will only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you require support with exchanging an item for the same product, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
