At Search Your Meds (SYM), customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality medications and a smooth ordering experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, certain restrictions apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Prescription medications
  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong medication
  • Your order was lost in transit
  • Your order was not delivered

2. Return & Support Process

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Order not delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product sent

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider

4. Replacement / Reshipment

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full or partial refund, based on the situation

Replacements are only provided for the same product originally ordered.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped
  • In cases of our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the reshipment cost.
